Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?
Our products are sometimes shipped separately depending on your order. If it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to contact@dialuskin.com and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
